SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION
In order to receive any SMS (text) or email correspondence regarding Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club, UrbanGroove and the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club partners/sponsors require your SMS/mobile phone number and/or name, email address, cellular carrier, and zip code via opt-in. UrbanGroove/Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your name, SMS/mobile phone number, email address, cellular carrier, or zip code info to any third party for any uses not directly related to the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club. As a member of the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club, you will only receive information relating to the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club, directly from UrbanGroove only. UrbanGroove exercises extreme precaution to assure the security of all subscriber information.

SUBSCRIBING / UNSUBSCRIBING
To subscribe to the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club, simply fill your information to the registration form on the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club landing page and press SUBMIT, or text “BLUE” to 33992. Users may always opt-out of the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club by checking the UNSUBSCRIBE box on the landing page and entering in your SMS info. Subscribers can also unsubscribe by texting “STOP BLUE” to 33992, or by sending an email to mobilefanclubs@urbangroove.com.

CARRIER/HANDSET RESTRICTIONS
Currently the following wireless service providers support free promotional binary content (ringtones, wallpapers, ringbacks, etc.) to mobile phones as a WAP (Web Application Protocol) push: AT&T, Cingular Orange & Blue, T-Mobile, Dobson, US Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, & Sprint. All other carriers (Verizon, Nextel, etc.) may not allow the delivery of free promotional binary content, but ALL mobile service providers support the delivery of mobile SMS/text message updates. There are also certain cellular handset devices that are not enabled for the receipt of promotional binary content. This includes, but is not limited to, Blackberry handsets, which CAN receive wallpaper content, however they CANNOT receive ringtones.

CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS
From time to time, UrbanGroove/Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club will host contests & giveaways in conjunction with our services, events, and clients. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose any information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, address, and email). The selection of winners is at the sole discretion of UrbanGroove and all decisions are final. By entering into a contest ("Contest") posted on the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club Web site (the "Site"), you agree that you have fully understood and agree to be bound by these Contest Rules (the "Rules") and any other limitation that may be applicable to that contest.

EACH CONTEST IS LIMITED TO ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

ELIGIBILITY
All contests are open to legal residents of the United States residing in the fifty (50) states, Puerto Rico, or District of Columbia to be eligible to win a prize(s). There is no age restriction. Employees of UrbanGroove, co-sponsors of a Contest and, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotional or any other persons or entities directly associated with a Contest (collectively, "UrbanGroove") and members of their respective immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to enter any Contest that they are associated with.

PRIZES
The prize(s) for each Contest will be listed on each specific contest registration area or page. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is offered; however, UrbanGroove, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when deemed necessary by UrbanGroove only.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
Winner(s) of Contests will be selected at random by appropriate contests judges and mangers selected by UrbanGroove and the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club partners/sponsors. The Judges' decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by text, email, and/or phone. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond to notification within ten (10) days, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Rules, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to: UrbanGroove, 93 St. Marks Place, Third Floor, New York, NY 10009, stating the particular Contest you are interested in.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the prize. All entrants agree to be bound by the Rules and decisions of the Judges. All Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club contest entries become the property of Universal Records. Except where prohibited by law, entry into a Contest or acceptance of prize constitutes consent, without further compensation, to use your name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised. If, for reasons beyond UrbanGroove's control, the Contest is not capable of completion as originally planned, UrbanGroove at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contests, without liability. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING ANY CONTEST OR THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE RULES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. EACH ENTRANT HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.

CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION
UrbanGroove, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with any Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club contest or the operation of the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club website. Non-compliance with these Rules will result in entrant's disqualification. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF LAW AND SHOULD SUCH ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, URBANGROOVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISCLAIMERS
Entrant agrees that UrbanGroove and the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club partners/sponsors shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or possession and or use of prize(s), registration of any Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club text or email list, participation in any Contest, or any malfunctions (technical or otherwise) of the telephone network, servers, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late, tampered with, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules. Entrant also agrees that UrbanGroove and the Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club partners/sponsors are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any third party's computer related to or resulting from any Contest and its prize(s) or for damage to a user's computer system or his/her data in any way due to an entrant's participation in any Contest. Neither UrbanGroove nor any Unwritten Law Mobile Fan Club partners/sponsors makes any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize(s).
